NOVAR to adapt NORA's old points system for 2012.

For 2012, All NOVAR divisons will adapt NORA's (now WRRC) points system
that was used from 2010 - 2011. Meaning race winner will receive 42
points, second place will get 41 points,etc. Only difference is that
leading a lap, leading most laps, hard charger, and grabing the pole
will be only 1 bonus point. Meaning the max. amount of points that a
driver can get in a single NOVAR race is 45.
