2015 Draft

No other racing league does this, but NOVAR will be the first series to utilize a draft to bring in talent.

How it will work
25 selections per round in the first 2 rounds
Will be ether 3-5 rounds (probably 4 rounds)
If a driver is drafted by that team, they can ether sign to its affiliate, or to the team itself.
Unaffiliated teams cannot draft drivers, however they can still sign them after the conclusion of the draft.
