2015 NOVAR Rules

Hello this is the 2015 National Organization for Vehicular Automobile Racing Rules and Notes Guide, this basically explains rules, and some insight on the NOVAR leagues.

RULES

There are a few rules that each user will have to obey

Please do not speak for other drivers.
It gets aggravating for other users and me, so please don't do it. First instance is a warning, second is a ban

Please do not ask when the next race is
Its goes up when it goes up.

Please follow the painting guide
Similar to NASCAR, If you are painting, meaning no hood/panel numbers, the World Tour series cars are an exception.
I must approve it (most of the time I will)

If you can't paint, please request.

Please Be Patient
Making a car/race/video does take a while, so deal with it.

Do not freak out when your driver gets a penalty.
If you think your driver was falsely accused of a penalty that he/she shouldn't gotten, Settle it with me being calmly. Raging at me will most likely have the penalty stand

No Spamming
this is simple, right guys?

Please don't ask for a ride.
Most likely, you won't get one.

Please don't speak for me.
I can speak just fine, if I somehow lose my voice for good or can't type, than this is acceptable

Please don't ask for ratings to improve.
Most likely, I'll decrease them

Please be realistic when it comes to injury.
I guess it is self explanatory

You can root for who want to root.
If you think Chadler Blake sucks, then that is your own opinion.

Please make your character have personality.
The Casey Lester gang is a good example of this.

Feel free to join in.
If you don't have a driver participating, there is the bloggers and critics sections, where it could make an impact on the series.

Be active.
I am one of the strictest when it comes to this. Some people are exempt from the rules. If you sign up, and then just leave, driver will suck badly.
