After NOVAR officials did further review on the accident on Lap 174, and have confrimed that accident was at fault of both drivers. Shane Hardon was reportedly furious with the decision.

Newbridge: "As for the incident between Shane (Hardon) and I, while I should of backed off more I wished I knew why he would suddenly pull down on my line. So if Hardon runs me over, expect me to return the favor assuming that the car is still in one piece."

Pursell: Considering the conditions of this season, we will be canning the 07 ride due to lack of results and the loss of our Chick fil-A sponsorship. That being said we plan on bringing back the 07 car for the finale under new sponsor Polaris.
